10 March 2012 (Tororo Konbu Trees)

March 10, 2012

I kept seeing these trees today in Mt. Meron.
I named them Tororo Konbu trees after the Japanese kale flakes of the same name.
Made me crave tororo konbu soup all of a sudden🙂

今日メロン山でこの木をたくさんみかけました。
勝手にとろろ昆布の木と名付けました 笑
急にとろろ昆布汁が食べたくなっちゃった

Much love,
Kaori

I love these trees! The moss looks like the one we use to insulate between logs in traditional log houses.

Moss is insulated in log houses? Now I want to live in one even more🙂
