I’m baking a lemon cake with white chocolate icing again that was a big hit at work. I personally loved it too, and it is definitely in the top 3 of all my baking creations so far. The tartness of the lemon and the sweetness of the white chocolate is the most amazing match. It’s the exact same recipe as I used lat time, but this second time around I am more cautious and anxious. I hope it comes out well!

前回職場で大好評だったホワイトチョコクリームがのっかったレモンケーキ。
自分の中でも久々の大ヒット。
レモンのすっぱさと、ホワイトチョコの甘さが最高のマッチングなんです。
全く同じレシピだけど、二回目は緊張するし力が入ります。
今回もおいしくできますように。
